We hope you have a pleasant experience when you visit our spa. Kindly review the following questions and policies prior to your visit.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
To enhance your spa experience, we suggest arriving at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Our Relaxation Lounge is a serene environment where you can enjoy tea or water while you relax and prepare for your service, maximizing its benefits.
Cell Phone Policy
We kindly ask you to help us preserve the tranquility of the spa by avoiding the use of cell phones and cameras during your visit. This also helps to protect the privacy of all our guests.
Cancellation/Change Policy
To respect our providers, kindly provide 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid a 50% charge of your appointment fee. No-call no-shows will incur a 100% charge. Please note that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services.
Amenities
The Spa welcomes the public for services and shopping, but our private amenities are reserved exclusively for Victory residents. The private amenities include pools, a hot tub, a steam room, lockers, a fitness center, and tennis and pickleball courts.

are major credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards. Please note that cash and checks are not accepted at this time.
What should I bring with me?
For your safety, we recommend leaving valuables at home or keeping them with you at all times. Lockers are exclusively available for Victory residents. The spa cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or forgotten personal items.
What should I wear?
Your modesty is our priority, and we respect personal preferences. Throughout your treatments, you will be appropriately draped to maintain privacy. While many guests opt to undress completely, others prefer to keep their undergarments on. Therapists will only uncover the area of your body that is being treated at that moment.
What if I have special health concerns?
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may impact your treatments or use of our spa facilities when you make your appointment. First-time guests will need to fill out a personal health form before receiving any services. Open communication with your service provider is crucial to ensure you receive a tailored and safe service. Rest assured, all information is kept confidential.
What services can I enjoy during pregnancy?
We provide a variety of services that both safe and enjoyable for expectant mothers. Our team is here to help you choose the ideal treatment(s) for your needs. Please note that some treatments and techniques may not be appropriate the first trimester. We advise consulting your physician before scheduling any spa services.
Gratuity
Tips are always appreciated, but not required. Gratuity is not included in your bill and can be added to your credit card during checkout. We only accept cash gratuity if the exact amount is provided, as we do not have change available.
Please inform our receptionists of your preferred method of paying gratuity.
